Nintendo Switch 2 Experience Events Announced

Nintendo has scheduled a series of hands-on events for the Nintendo Switch 2 in various cities worldwide. In North America, events will take place in New York (April 4-6), Los Angeles (April 11-13), Dallas (April 25-27), and Toronto (April 25-27). These events will allow consumers to experience the new console ahead of its official release.

The events will feature demo stations showcasing major first-party titles, including a playable version of Super Mario Odyssey 2 and a tech demo for Metroid Prime 4. Attendees will also get an early look at the redesigned eShop, which now includes improved browsing features, personalized game recommendations, and cloud-based save management.

Nintendo is also partnering with select retailers for smaller in-store demos, allowing players to test the Switch 2 at major electronics stores before purchasing. Some locations will offer pre-order bonuses, such as exclusive Joy-Con 2 color variants and themed carrying cases.
