Nintendo Indie World Showcase Slated for April 17th

Nintendo has officially confirmed that its next Indie World Showcase will air on April 17th, 2025, sparking excitement from fans and developers alike. These showcases have become a beloved tradition for Nintendo enthusiasts, offering a spotlight on creative, unique, and often surprising titles from independent developers around the world.

Set to premiere at 7:00 AM PT / 10:00 AM ET, the presentation will run for approximately 25 minutes, featuring new game reveals, updates on previously announced titles, and surprise launches that may be available immediately following the show. According to Nintendo’s official teaser, the focus will be on games “releasing on Nintendo Switch in 2025 and beyond.”

Fans are already speculating about potential appearances from long-awaited titles such as Hollow Knight: Silksong, which has been absent from recent directs but is rumored to be close to release. Other anticipated games include Sea of Stars DLC, Blasphemous 2 updates, Bomb Rush Cyberfunk Switch 2 enhancements, and brand-new IPs from well-known indie publishers like Devolver Digital and Annapurna Interactive.
